Our online store was developed with software from WEBFLOW. Personal data that you make available to us for the benefit of our services will be shared with this party. WEBFLOW has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. WEBFLOW is obliged to take appropriate security measures based on the agreement we have concluded with them. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. WEBFLOW uses cookies to collect technical information regarding your use of the software, no personal data is collected and/or stored. We purchase web hosting and e-mail services from EASYHOST. EASYHOST processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use of the services. This is not personal data. EASYHOST has adopted appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. EASYHOST is bound to secrecy under the agreement.
Our website uses FRESHSALES, a third-party provider that handles email traffic originating from our website and the sending of any newsletters. All confirmation emails you receive from our website and web forms are sent through the servers of FRESHSALES. FRESHSALES will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. At the bottom of every email sent automatically through our website you will see the 'unsubscribe' link. If you click on this you will no longer receive email from our website. This may seriously reduce the functionality of our website! Your personal information is stored securely by FRESHSALES. FRESHSALES uses cookies and other internet technologies that provide insight into whether emails are opened and read. FRESHSALES reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and in that context share information with third parties.
We use the services of Easyhost for our regular business e-mail traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Easyhost does not have access to our mailbox and we treat all our email traffic confidentially.
For handling (part of) the payments in our web store we use the platform of STRIPE. STRIPE processes your name, address and place of residence and your payment information such as your bank account or credit card number. STRIPE has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. STRIPE reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and to share (anonymized) data with third parties for this purpose. STRIPE shares personal data and information regarding your financial position with credit rating agencies in the case of an application for a deferred payment (credit facility). All of the above mentioned safeguards regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to those parts of STRIPE's services for which it engages third parties. STRIPE does not retain your data longer than permitted by the legal time limits.
We collect reviews through TRUSTPILOT's platform. If you leave a review through TRUSTPILOT you are required to provide your name and email address. TRUSTPILOT shares this information with us so that we can link the review to your order. TRUSTPILOT also publishes your name on its own website. In some cases TRUSTPILOT may contact you to provide an explanation of your review. In the event that we invite you to leave a review we will share your name and email address with TRUSTPILOT.
