Want to rent an LED screen for your next event or trade show? Then you've come to the right place. Easily rent a LED screen with installation in Belgium and the Netherlands.
LED Displays
LED displays use light-emitting diodes (LEDs) to display bright, vivid images and are popular for their image quality, energy efficiency and versatility. Thanks to their modular design, LED displays can be assembled in virtually any size or shape, ideal for both small indoor settings and large outdoor events. Indoor displays have higher resolution for close-up use, while outdoor displays are extra bright and weatherproof. LED displays are also available in a variety of shapes, including curved and transparent options, allowing for creative applications.
What can I use an LED display for?
LED displays are ideal for a wide range of applications, both indoors and outdoors. For example, consider events, trade shows, and presentations, where brightness and image quality are crucial. For outdoor activities, such as renting a large screen for soccer games or watching the European Championship or World Cup, outdoor LED displays offer an excellent solution thanks to their weather resistance and high visibility, even in bright sunlight.LED displays can be easily customized to meet the specific needs of your event, whether it's a small presentation or a giant video wall for an audience of thousands. This makes an LED screen rental perfect for any event where you want to create an impactful visual experience.

What types of LED displays exist?
SMD (Surface Mounted Device)
SMD-LED displaysuse diodes mounted directly on the surface of the display modules. This provides a compact pixel arrangement, resulting in sharp images and a wide viewing angle. SMD technology is suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.
COB(Chip on Board)
COB-LEDscombine multiple LED chips on a single board, providing higher brightness, better heat dissipation and longer lifetime. This technology is ideal for applications requiring high resolution and close-up brightness.
GOB(Glue on Board)
GOB】 Technologyadds a protective layer to the LEDs, making them more resistant to water, dust and shock. This makes GOB displays particularly suitable for use in intense environments, such as outdoor festivals or large events.
TransparentLED displays
TransparentLED displays are semi-transparent and are often used on glass surfaces, such as shop windows or in modern office spaces. They offer a combination of vivid visuals and transparency without completely blocking the view through the display.
What mounting methods exist for LED?
Truss systems
Truss systemsare widely used at events and trade shows to securely mount large LED displays. They offer a flexible, modular structure and are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, ideal for temporary installations such as trade shows and presentations.
Stage set-up
LED displaysare often placed directly on a stage or suspended from truss systems above the stage. This setup offers flexibility and ensures that the screen is the visual centerpiece of the event.
Stacking
Stackingis a sturdy method in which LED screens are stacked on top of each other in special frames. This is ideal for temporary video walls at trade shows and large events, where quick set-up and adaptability of format is needed.
Hanging System
Hanging System】Hanging system set-ups, in which LED screens are attached to the ceiling, are ideal for spaces with limited floor or stage space, such as trade shows or concerts. This provides a sleek and modern look.
Exhibition Frames
LED screenscan be easily integrated into modular exhibition frames. This provides a professional, seamless look for booths at trade shows and events.
Pixel Pitch, Resolution & Viewing Distance
When renting an LED display, pixel pitch, resolution and viewing distance play a crucial role. Pixel pitch refers to the distance between the LEDs, and the smaller the pitch, the sharper the image, especially for short distances. A rule of thumb for determining the proper viewing distance is: multiply the pixel pitch by 1,000 to calculate the minimum viewing distance in millimeters. For example, a pixel pitch of 2 mm means a minimum viewing distance of about 2 meters, while a pitch of 3.9 mm is ideal for distances of 5 meters or more.
The resolution is determined by the pixel pitch and the size of your screen. The content determines what resolution you need for your display. Want to rent a large outdoor advertising display to showcase a message? Then an outdoor display with a low resolution is sufficient. Do you want to rent a LED screen to show a soccer match in razor-sharp images? Then you better rent a high-resolution LED screen.
LED controllers & media players
LEDcontrollers and media players work together to display and control the content on an LED screen. They are essential to the proper functioning of the LED display, with the controller ensuring that images are displayed correctly and the media player determining what is played.
The LED controller controls the brightness, colors and synchronization of the display. There are two types of controllers: synchronous controllers, which operate in real-time and are perfect for live events, and asynchronous controllers, which play pre-loaded content without the need for a constant connection. This makes them ideal for applications such as billboards that always display the same content.
The media player manages the content displayed on the screen. Standalone media players operate without a network connection and play locally stored content, while networked media players manage remote content over a network, which is useful for events or locations where content needs to be updated frequently.
